We are looking for an experienced Executive – MQ (Manufacturing Quality Assurance) Engine professional to join our Mumbai – A.O, MUMBAI-KND-FD location.
This role is focused on ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and process excellence in the transmission assembly line, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer complaints and line rejections; take corrective action on the Transmission assembly line.
- Drive continuous process improvements (Kaizens) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs/SOS through periodic process audits.
- Conduct regular product audits and ensure first-time-right approach.
- Monitor MCAR and CVL response times for transmission.
- Resolve critical ORC issues with effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in quality assurance, production, or engineering roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing, especially transmission systems.
- Tools & Systems: Knowledge of SAP and auditing practices.
- Preferred Industries: Automotive, Engineering & Capital Goods, Construction, Mining, and R&D sectors.
